Ready to ship wigs are 1-2 business after order is placed. Ready to ship units are on hand and can be shipped same day or next day.Please allow the post office to scan your package. If your wig is not received after 7 business days contact us @kkjcollection@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will get back to you.
Custom wigs are made to order and takes more time to make. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order and payment to process. (Processing times and shipping times are separate) Shipping is 1-2 business days not including weekends and holidays.
Wig Services: Once we receive your wig we will start on your order Processing time is 3-7 business days. Shipping is 1-2 business days not including weekends and holidays. After your wig is complete we will email you your confirmation and tracking number.
